CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Copitlockit, we want you to love what you order! If something’s not right, we’re here to help.



1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped — whichever comes first.

To cancel, email us at copitlockit24@gmail.com with your order number.

After Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery (if eligible).



2. Refunds


Eligibility:


Refunds are only processed in the following cases:

If the order was cancelled before shipment.

If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is approved and the item is received in original condition.


Non-Refundable Items:

Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Products returned without tags, used, or worn will not be refunded.


Refund Method & Timeline:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will refund via UPI/Bank Transfer. You must provide valid details for this.



3. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.



4. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern

1. Email us at support@copitlockit.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear images (if applicable).

3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.



5. Important Notes

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Return pickup is available in most areas. If not, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
