1. Order Cancellation
• Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped — whichever comes first.
To cancel, email us at copitlockit24@gmail.com with your order number.
• After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery (if eligible).

2. Refunds
Eligibility:
Refunds are only processed in the following cases:
• If the order was cancelled before shipment.
• If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If the return is approved and the item is received in original condition.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Products returned without tags, used, or worn will not be refunded.
Refund Method & Timeline:
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will refund via UPI/Bank Transfer. You must provide valid details for this.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, kindly return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear images (if applicable).
